avatar
A visual representation of each user connected to the virtual world. Generally an avatar represents a person, but can also be controlled by a computer program. These non-player avatars are known as "bots".
UUID
Unique Universal Identifier A unique identifier which is used to track inworld resources, such as objects, textures, avatars, etc. Every item that exists in the virtual world has a unique identifier associated with it.
